About This Activity
This camp is open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and /or gender.) Boys and girls of all ages through graduating seniors are eligible as well as coaches. Come learn all the skills and Technique needed to improve your Sprint and Hurdle Performances. Athletes will execute drills and progress to full execution of sprinting and hurdling fast and efficient.
