This class is for teen boys (ages 14-17) who are interested in increasing their strength and/or conditioning for a sport. Instructor will work with participants, identifying their personal goals, and assist them in designing workout plans to meet their needs. Group may meet in the fitness room or in the gymnasium, depending on number of participants. Fitness room waiver and participation waiver must be signed and turned in before attending classes.
