About This Activity
Description
Teen Summer Experience is a program targeting teenagers within the 14–17 age range. In addition to helping youth complete the required number of service hours for graduation, this program equips them with fundamental soft skills for the workplace. Teens will observe managers to gain insight into the day-to-day operations of a recreation center. This is a fantastic opportunity for practical learning, covering everything from budgeting to scheduling to operating a center overall, alongside with field trips and free lunch.
