Belly dance is a Middle Eastern cultural dance that is performed across the world. It's the perfect mix of hip shaking fun and new friendships. Join Athena where she will take you through movements, history, and music in a step by step course designed to help you learn some shimmy skills in a safe environment. This class is for all levels, genders, age, and body type. Everyone is invited to the dance floor, and we hope you join for what is guaranteed to be a fun time.
Classes include a variety of accessible movements with modifications based on student need, cultural and music background, and historical context.
