Participants in mime will learn how to make the invisible, visible and tell a story that is universally understood by the heart and mind, which will be explored through combining gospel music. They will learn about the art of mime, creating illusions, storytelling and applying the physical techniques to live performance.The following materials will be needed for the recital: Black ballet slippers or black jazz shoes and white gloves. We ask that attendance is consistent, allowing your child to feel confident in the routine, and allowing ample time for practice. This class will learn a routine which will be showcased in a recital at the end of each session. Costumes are an additional fee which will be paid to the instructor and distributed during each program schedule.*Participants may be as young as 4 or 5 years old.
