Description
Karate with Sensi Parrish. Karate training improves agility, strength and speed, improves muscle tone and endurance while enabling fast and effective techniques. Working both the hands and feet, and left and right sides equally, it develops coordination and flexibility. This program is for beginners and intermediate students.
