All participants must have a Leisure Card (free) obtain from the Front Desk. You must scan the Leisure Card at the Front Desk prior to each class.Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, an Olympic sport and for many a way of life. Our beginner’s class is aimed at students with no prior experience in Taekwondo. This is a movement class. It is also an introduction to Taekwondo class. Students will learn about the history and protocols of traditional Taekwondo. They will learn about etiquette, learn a small portion of the Korean language and will learn the basic motions of Taekwondo. By the end of class students should be on their way to earning their first full promotion. NO CLASS DATES:Activity Age Category
