Kids Club is led by Miss Lindsey and takes place every Tuesday for children ages 6–12. This weekly hangout is designed for children of all abilities to play, connect, and explore through a variety of engaging, structured activities. From active games and outdoor play to creative crafts and sports, each session is packed with opportunities to move, make, and mingle in a safe, supportive environment.
Note: Parents/guardians are not required to stay on-site unless their child needs 1:1 support for personal care or behavioral needs—in which case, we kindly ask that they remain for the duration of the program.
The Therapeutic Recreation Section maintains a 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio for our inclusive programming. If a participant’s needs exceed what can reasonably be supported within this staffing structure, they may be required to attend programming with a 1:1 aide provided by their parent or guardian to ensure a safe, supportive, and successful experience.
Participants must be able to follow instructions and function independently and safely in small group and community settings. Therapeutic Recreation staff are not able to provide 1:1 care for individuals who require support for behaviors, elopement, medical needs, or personal care.
