Pilates Fusion A low-impact format that emphasizes the use of the core muscles, as well as promotes strength, flexibility, and improved posture. Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles—including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance—to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. Music will be up beat and fun! Equipment needed: *Pilates balls *Resistance Loop exercise Bands*Towel and WaterRoom temp: WarmIntensity: Moderate+* It is recommended that participants bring their own equipment. However if you do not have equipment don’t let that stop you from joining in on the fun, a limited amount will be available for use.
