*Instructions* >> ALL MENTORS must enroll using the Mentor Application option on the enrollment site first. Mentors may enroll AFTER receiving their acceptance letter. >> Mentor/Oaks Dual Enrollment - Please enroll in "Oaks 1 day only" now to save your spot. Then after receiving your mentorship acceptance letter, you can enroll FROM THIS PAGE to receive the teacher discounts. >> If you are not enrolling an Oaks student. please check "no" or write n/a in the required Oaks questions. >> Select the class desired for one student then click "add to cart". You can then enroll additional children, clicking "add to cart" after each. >> Tuitions below include all applicable teacher discounts >> Students will be transferred to appropriate class upon enrollment. >> You will be able to choose the day(s) your child will attend on the registration form after the next step. >> There will be an option to pay in full, or join a payment plan. If you choose to have payroll deduction to cover your tuition, please choose the single payment plan option and Amy will set up the payroll deduction and remove you from the payment plan. You will also be able to choose to have your payroll deduction start asap or when the new contract cycle starts in August. >> Partner credits can be used to cover tuition, any overages will be credited to your account to cover sibling tuition for the current year or added to the scholarship fund. Partner funding cannot exceed tuition amount for one day (we can only invoice a partner school for up to $1820 even though they offer more). If you are enrolling in more than one day, full partner credits used which exceed $1820 will be applied by Amy. >> If you have a child NOT enrolled in Discovery who you would like to bring to work with you on the occasion that their school is off the day you work, please choose the Drop-in class so we have their updated medical information. (Registration fee still applies)
