About This Activity
Description
This program is a screen-free, STEM experience that teaches children 5-10 to solve complex architectural problems using the wisdom of the natural world. This program will force kids to think in 3D space, improving their ability to rotate objects in their minds- a skill directly linked to success in advanced mathematics and surgery. When a 3D bridge collapses, it's not a "failure"- it's a data point. Kids learn iterative design, where they will analyze the break, adjust their "weld" and try again, this builds resilience.
100% screen- free: we trade tablets for tactile, fine-motor skill development. High tech tools: students use 3Doodler Start+ (cool-touch for ages 5-7)
Take home creations: your child doesn't just learn- they create. Students keep every 3D model they Build.
Full refunds cannot be issued after the start of the program. Prorated program fee refunds can be issued and applied to online Activenet account to be used within 1 year.Late registration one week prior to each session $10 late fee applies
$15 Supply Fee (payable to instructor on first day of class)
**Online registration "processing fee" is non-refundable.
