About This Activity
Description
Participants will learn the basic principles of self- defense to take control of their lives and safety by learning mental and physical preparedness. Instruction is conducted in a friendly, self – paced learning environment. Unusual physical ability and flexibility are not required for the program. This workshop is recommended for women that may be returning to college or anyone who is eager to learn ways to protect themselves.
Students dress in comfortable loose fitting clothing and be prepared to take an active part in class.
