The second session of the Popular Music Experience focuses on performance, immersing you in the art and business of popular music this summer. By working directly with Frost Faculty, you'll develop essential skills for emerging artists—such as stage presence, vocal technique, arranging, and ensemble work. You will analyze songs, lyrics, and production in depth, then apply that knowledge by performing engaging covers along with new original works with your peers. Throughout the program, you'll gain valuable insights into key aspects of the music industry, enhancing your understanding of your craft from multiple angles. The experience concludes with a final showcase where you'll demonstrate everything you've learned on stage. Create music and memories with peers who share your passion for popular music.
