Discover the magic of music at Frost Summer Experience—a dynamic day camp designed to inspire and engage young musicians! Here, students dive into a hands-on approach to music learning, guided by our team of experienced educators. From technique and performance classes to collaborative experiences in chamber music, piano duets, Suzuki Strings, rock bands, and wind and string ensembles, this music camp builds both skills and connections. Camp registration is open to students in the following: - entering grades 6th - 8th: Young Beethovens* - Piano, Strings, Winds, and Percussion. *Please note: Young Beethovens campers looking to challenge themselves can also audition for the special Virtuoso Chamber Music Program, where they will be placed in advanced chamber music ensembles and receive one-on-one coaching. Admission to the Virtuoso Chamber Music Program is by audition only. All other auditions are simply for placement purposes - we welcome everyone to participate! IMPORTANT: Please make sure to indicate "Yes" on the question asking if you would like to be considered for the Virtuoso Chamber Music Program Track. For those interested in aftercare, the excitement continues! Our popular Zumba Kids classes offer a blast of fun as students learn to integrate movement with music, rounding out a truly unforgettable summer experience. Application Process: 1. You will submit your application with audition materials with your initial application fee of $50.00. 2. Once submitted, your application will be processed, and it will be reviewed by the program directors. 3. If accepted, you will be notified of your next steps via email with instructions on how to complete the process to secure your spot for the summer. NOTE: Submitting an initial application does not imply an automatic acceptance.
