Schedule: 8:45-9:15am Arrival and Welcome 9am-12pm Snack break at 10:30am Minecraft Game Creators: Ages 5-14 Go beyond just playing Minecraft—program it! In this exciting course, students will imagine, create, and share amazing mods in Minecraft by learning and applying programming concepts. Students will: *Design, Build, and Code: Develop a deep understanding of game design principles as they design, build, and code their own unique mods. *Immersive Coding & Design Experiences: Engage in hands-on, immersive experiences that foster creativity and innovation, while making coding fun and accessible. *Create and Share Mods: Bring their creative ideas to life by developing and implementing their own unique mods, which they can share with others. *Enhance Logical Thinking and Critical Reasoning: Strengthen their logical thinking and critical reasoning skills as they learn to write and deploy code in the Minecraft environment. We can't wait to see the incredible mods students will create! No prior coding experience is needed—just a passion for Minecraft and a curiosity to learn. Projects are customized to camper’s age.
