Adventure awaits! Our youngest students will uncover imaginary adventures each week with the help of a magical treasure chest as they dig for gold and work as a team. Through acting games and creative play, students will discover the joy of performing, develop basic stage skills, collaborate with peers, and build creativity and confidence. Best for students who are new to the world of theatre!All students must be at least 5 years old and have begun Kindergarten before participating.
This school-year-long program includes 23 weekly class sessions. Informal semester final sharings will be held on November 19, 2026 and April 8, 2027!
The last day to join this class during the Fall is Thursday, October 8. There are no classes held during December. The Winter/Spring semester shifts theme to Creative Drama: Time Travelers.

Please note that registration is by semester in accordance with the Class Policies below. If you withdraw after the refund window, you will be responsible for completing your payment for the entire semester.
No class March 11 or 18 for Spring Break
Price includes a $25 non-refundable registration fee.
Registration prices for Coralville Parks & Recreation programs (including Young Footliters) are subsidized for City of Coralville residents. All others will see a "non-resident fee" which reflects the full cost of the program.
