About This Activity
Description
Performers will sing, dance, and act their way to the silver screen as they stage a cabaret performance featuring songs from movie musicals. From classics like Singin’ in the Rain to contemporary movies like Wicked, students will analyze the nuance of staging a musical for the screen vs. the stage, and will strengthen their performance skills in this fast-paced week-long experience.
Best for students with previous musical theatre experience interested in deepening their performance skills.
