About This Activity
Description
Do you know someone who would like to begin babysitting? This American Red Cross program is designed to prepare 11-16 year olds to care for children and infants safely and confidently. The course includes hands-on activities, videos, and discussions to develop real-life readiness babysitting skills. The course covers feeding, diapering, how to safely pick-up and hold a child, household safety and emergency response. This course does not include First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
Bring a sack lunch and wear comfortable clothes.
