Description
This class runs through the school year, beginning September 6, 2025 and ending April 22, 2026. Plans change! Choose a monthly payment plan at checkout for maximum flexibility!“Find the funny” in this class! In this deep dive into the world of comedy and improv, students will practice the science of comedy while developing performance skills like characterization, concentration, and collaboration. Best for students with any level of theatre experience who are willing to get silly onstage.
This school-year-long program includes 26 weekly class sessions. An informal sharing of student work will be held at the end of the Fall Semester on November 15, 2025. A final Spring Showcase performance will be held on the CCPA stage on Friday, April 24, 2026!
The last day to join for Fall semester is Saturday, October 4. After October 4, you can register to join the Spring semester, which begins on January 10.

Price includes a $25 non-refundable registration fee.
Registration prices for Coralville Parks & Recreation programs (including Young Footliters) are subsidized for City of Coralville residents. All others will see a "non-resident fee" which reflects the full cost of the program.

The final performance at CCPA will be held on April 24. A final dress rehearsal will be held April 22.
