About This Activity
Description
In our Little Leapers Class, exercises and activities will emphasize basic tumbling skills and the development of muscular coordination, strength, and flexibility. This class will be focusing on: Basic body control, strength & flexibility exercises, forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges/back bends. This class will teach the steps to achieve these goals and does not require any knowledge of tumbling practices or require any experience. Gymnasts must be able to be on their own for 45 minutes.
