Watch your child grow their tumbling skills in Little Leapers. Exercises and activities will emphasize basic tumbling skills and the development of muscular coordination, strength, and flexibility. Instructors will focus on body control, strength, and flexibility. This class will teach the steps of achieving these goals and does not require any knowledge of tumbling practices or require any experience. Gymnasts will learn a routine and show families at the final class of the session. Gymnasts must be able to be on their own for 45 minutes.
Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle.
