Begin the foundation for future tumbling with an early introduction to skills and activities focusing on coordination, flexibility and strength building exercises. Instructors will teach the steps to achieve these goals by providing stations for gymnasts and accompanying adults to work through. Prior tumbling practices or experience are not necessary.

Child must be accompanied by an adult. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle.
