About This Activity
Description
Aquacise is designed to use the natural resistance of the water. Floating dumbbells will increase your resistance, toning and cardio. We use aqua jogger belts to help stabilize you in the water. This class is conducted in chest deep water and the deep end.
This class is conducted in neck deep water and the deep end. Participants must be comfortable in deep water.
