Skills will include exploring water adjustment, front kick, glides, under water exploration, floats, arm movements, rolling over, and water exits. This course is designed to expose your child to water adjustment skills. The course requires parent/adult participation in the water with each child. Both parents/adults are welcome to join their little one.
This class requires an adult to be in the water with the child.
