Whether you're novice or a seasoned pro, there's always something new to learn and discover in the pool. So come on in, the water's just right! Attie: Athletes should wear single-piece swimwear and a swim cap. Goggles and towel are recommended for added comfort. Swimmers are not required to participate all 4 days of practice
