About This Activity
Description
This program is an introduction to the fundamentals of basketball, rules and a team concept. Fun, sportsmanship and exercise are also a part of the program. Teams are ideally formed by balancing skill levels as well as school.
A parent interest meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 7th at the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis at 6:30 PM. A coaches meeting will follow at 7:00pm.
Skills Clinic Night is in the Fitzpatrick Painting Gym, October 26th for 3rd & 4th Grades.
Sign in starts at 6:15 pm.
The program includes team jersey, and black shorts are recommended. Court shoes are required.
The Scholarship deadline is Monday, October 12th, for full consideration. Please apply in person. Proof of income is required. Applying for a scholarship is not the same as registering for the program. The program fee must be paid for a player to be placed on a roster.
