Description
Kinder Cheer is a very basic introduction to the sport of cheer! Kinder Cheer is for boys & girls that are Kindergarten age as of the Fall 2025. The Kinder team will practice on Monday and Wednesday evenings in the Johnson Teen Center Gym at the BGCC.
The Fall cheer interest meetings and uniform sizing will be on September 3rd at 7pm at the BGCC.
1. COST: $130 Athletic Fee + $100 uniform fee (includes skort, shirt, bow and poms) This must be paid in order to complete your registration, you can add the uniform fee to your cart before checking out.
2. TIME COMMITMENT: 2 commitments per week (Team practices every Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:00 PM, and cheers at pre-selected Saturday games throughout the season).
3. SEASON LENGTH: Sept 15th - Nov 11th
4. PRACTICES:
a. 2 practice/week (60 minutes)
b. Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:00 PM at the BGCC
c. Beginning Sept. 15th
5. GAMES & EVENTS:
a. Cheer for Flag football on select Saturdays.b. Veteran's Day Paradec. Minimum of three games/events during the season (2 hours each)
6. SCHOLARSHIPS
We strive to lower the financial barriers around cheerleading. Please ask about financial assistance that is available! A limited amount of scholarships are available each season. Please apply in person, proof of income is required.
