Coyle Outside’s youngest explorers spend their time playing, discovering new interpersonal skills, developing imaginations and physical capacities through exploring the natural world around them. This program is intentionally child-led, with daily goals, themes, and a consistent daily rhythm.A typical day looks like:Parent drop off/check in, an open-ended activity, circle time, walk/adventure time, snack, walk/adventure, playground play, flexible pick-up/check in. Based on theories and practices associated with the Forest School movement & books like "Last Child in the Woods”.
- This program is for ages 2.5 to 5. Student/instructor ratio 1:4/5 This is designed as a drop off/pick up program, and we are able to support participants individually with drop off on a case-by-case basis.
- Participants should be potty trained or nearly there.
