Description
This activity is closed to further registration.
This 8-week class will teach you basic running nutrition, hydration and gear selection for trail running in natural areas. By the end of class, you'll be able to complete a 2-3 mile trail run with no pace expectation. Ages 15+ NO CLASS 5/27 - MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.
You will receive an email and syllabus with trail locations.
First class will meet at Walnut Community Room. Directions will be in the email.
