About This Activity
Join us for a day of learning all about cordage! We will cover: - Two ply reverse wrap for creating natural cordage - ancestral techniques for creating rope - Knots - Ancient art of lashing - Materials for your projects - When, how, and where to harvest - Processing plant materials into fiber Instructor Joe "Swamp Rat" will be leading this adult class. Bring water, lunch, and any materials you have you'd like to practice with.
