Description
Join us Wednesdays evenings this summer for an inclusive, fitness-based yoga practice at Founders Park. The class is open to all ages - children are welcome provided they can pay attention and not detract from the experience of other participants. Modifications and adjustments will be provided to accommodate differences that participants may have with specific poses or flows.Instructor Linda is an eRYT with over 40 years of practical yoga teaching and master trainer experience. She is a lifelong athlete and internationally recognized health and fitness expert, with an M.S. in kinesiology and a PhDin psychology.
