About This Activity
The Oldham County Youth Choir is for students who love to sing! These young musicians will grow and develop in their vocal technique through learning about tone quality, breath support, diction, and intonation, as well as ear training, sight reading, and singing with two or more parts. Singers will learn the best of children's choral literature and enjoy being a part of a group that finds joy in singing! No audition required. (1st grade students: Please see Chickadee Choir. 2nd grade students may join either Beginning Choir or Chickadee Choir. Please note that Beginning Choir requires some reading skills).
