About This Activity
In Beginning Choir, students will grow and develop in their vocal technique (tone quality, breath support, diction and intonation) and learn music-reading, sight-singing with solfege, and perform music with two and three parts. Lessons and music for the semester will be selected based on the needs of the current group. Beginning Choir will perform Winter and Spring concerts with the Chickadee and Junior Choirs as well as occasional performances in the community.
