About This Activity
Lights, camera, action! In this exciting camp, students will become directors, storytellers, and animators, creating their very own mini movies. Using clay, paper cutouts, LEGO, toys, and more, students will design characters, build sets, and bring their stories to life—frame by frame! Campers will explore animation techniques, storyboarding, and editing while using stop-motion software to turn their ideas into fun and unique short films. Whether they want to create epic adventures, hilarious skits, or magical worlds, this camp is the perfect place to experiment, collaborate, and get creative. This camp may be combined with: Unbox Your Creativity (Gr. 1-5), 1:00-4:00pm OR Hip Hop Dance Camp (ages 8 & up), 1:00-4:00pm OR Intro to Printmaking (Gr. 6-12), 1:00-4:00pm *** A minimum $50 deposit for each camp is due at sign-up (non-refundable). *** The remaining balance is due by first day of camp.
