About This Activity
Discover the art of pottery in our camp designed for students in Grades 6-12! This engaging camp offers a hands-on experience where participants will learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing and hand-building techniques. Campers will create functional and artistic pieces, exploring their creativity under the guidance of experienced instructors. Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, this camp provides a supportive environment to develop your skills and express your artistic vision. All materials, tools, and firing are provided, and participants should wear clothes that can get messy. (Each unique work of art is functional and food safe: dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator safe. All pieces will be fired and available for pick up two weeks after the class.) Instructor: Jessica Guinn This camp may be combined with these 9am-12pm camps: 2D Animation Studio 2 (Gr. 6-12) OR Fairy Tale Theatre (Gr. 3-6) *** A minimum $50 deposit for each camp is due at sign-up (non-refundable). *** The remaining balance is due by first day of camp.
