Description
New experiences, skill-building, a sense of community and friendship are all part of Adventure Camp. Summer camp at the Y invites youth to be inspired through creative play, sports and more. It is an opportunity for youth to stay engaged socially and academically. Each week features a unique theme with fun-filled activities. Days will be filled with fun camp activities to engage brains, exploration rotations to encourage kids to try new things, and plenty of physical activity and games to keep bodies active. Campers will have the opportunity to develop friendships and interact with others while following safety protocols. Campers are divided into age-appropriate groups with activities appropriate to the interests and needs of each group. *Children must have completed kindergarten and be entering first grade Extended care is included at no additional fee. CAMP LOCATION: City of Crystal River YMCA Community Engagement Center 405 SE 7th Ave Crystal River, FL 34429 CAMP SESSIONS: June 3rd-August 9th *NO CAMP Thursday, July 4th - Fourth of July CAMP DAY Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM Morning Care* 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Traditional Camp 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Afternoon Care* *Morning and Afternoon care is available at NO additional fee. WEEKLY FEES: Full Members TOTAL WEEKLY FEE: $125 Required $20 non-refundable/non-transferable down payment payable at time of enrollment PLUS $105 weekly Basic Members TOTAL WEEKLY FEE: $175 Required $35 non-refundable/non-transferable down payment payable at time of enrollment PLUS $140 weekly PARENT INFORMATIONAL ORIENTATION: More information coming soon IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CAMPS: -Campers need to bring a lunch, refillable water bottle, and 2 snacks daily. -Kona Ice will be at camp each Friday during the campers swim time at the YMCA in Lecanto. Please refer to the menu provided in the weekly email. -There will be weeks with an option one day to purchase pizza $5 a camper. Please refer to the weekly email and news letter for those dates -Please make sure your camper has closed toe shoes, a bathing suit (when needed), a towel, a change of clothes and sunscreen.
