Join us for a month of exciting movement adventures! In Mini Explorer Movement Class, toddlers and preschoolers will explore the world of movement through dance, games, and obstacle challenges inspired by fun, imaginative themes! Every class is designed to support young children's physical development in an engaginge, non-competitive environment where imagination takes the lead!
Each week, we'll play movement games like Freeze Dance, Red Light, Green Light, and Obstacle Course Challenges to encourage flexibility, coordination, and social play. Parents will get to participate too-creating a bonding experience as they move and learn alongside their little ones.
Weekly Themes Include:Week 1: Jungle Safrai Adventure: Explore the jungle, leap like frogs, and freeze like lions!Week 2: Space Station Exploration-Float like astronauts, hop over moons, and dance like stars!Week 3: Pirate Treasure Hunt-Hop like pirates, freeze in the "lave" and move through treasure-filled obstacles!Week 4: Superhero Training-Jump over objects, freeze in action poses, and save the day with dance moves!
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and plenty of energy for this action-packed class!
