This class is for all aspiring artists who love drawing and painting (ages 6 - 10). Each session has four classes and rotates year-round. Your child will work on basic drawing skills and explore various media. Age-appropriate lessons help each student grow and develop creatively.Students will use a variety of media: Watercolor, Vine Charcoal, Chalk Pastels, Graphite and Color Pencil. Participants will also be introduced to artistic concepts such as shading, proportion, composition and basic color mixing. An assortment of tools and mediums will be supplied by the instructor that will be theirs during class. Only the student and the instructor will handle the assigned supplies.
All supplies will be provided by the instructor (as of January 1st, 2024) and are included in the cost of the class.
