*Attendance at the first class is required due to safety brief.

**Student is required to provide their own ASTM/SEI riding helmet. NOTE: We recommend that helmets be fitted at a saddle shop, and not mail ordered. Online fitting guidance is available. We recommend Ovation or International Helmets for most students. For students with rounder shaped heads, Troxel may fit. ASTM Helmets may be purchased at Tractor Supply, Farm & Home, Saddlery Liquidators, or Horse Country. Helmet fit will be checked at the first lesson, so please keep receipts in case you need to exchange.

***Student must wear hard soled shoes or boots with at least a 1/2" heel (no tennis shoes). Boots may not have zippers on the inside to prevent damage to the saddles. Paddock boots are suggested. Riders must wear long pants or leggings. Riders should not wear loose, floppy clothing.

****Lessons are held in an indoor (non-heated) arena, please dress appropriately for the weather.

*****For safety reasons, only enrolled children with an accompanying adult are permitted in the stable or riding ring. Any siblings must be supervised by an adult at all times and are not permitted in the stable. Due to limited space, we prefer only the student and one adult attend. All persons coming in contact with the horses must sign a waiver.

*****NO DOGS PERMITTED!!******
