It's the basics of playing the ukulele! In this group class, we'll learn chords, strumming patterns and songs on the ukulele, including Hawaiian music, pop, folk, rock and other genres. We'll also touch on the history of Hawaii and its unique, little instrument.Class series includes a mini-concert showcase, in April, during the annual Spring Culpeperpalooza Festival at Mtn. Run Winery.
No prior experience necessary. Ukuleles will be provided along with a signed rental agreement and available to take home during the length of the program.
