Tai Chi 24-Forms is the most used set of forms around the world. While many variations are taught, the most authentic versions will be practiced with essential tai chi principles. It's the perfect way to continue improving your physical and mental wellbeing, with its slow and flowing movements helping to reduce stress and boost your energy levels.
