Get those last-minute volleyball reps and techniques down with Coach Kenzie! This program is designed for late middle and early high school aged females (ages 13-14) that are preparing for the fall volleyball season. The focus of these sessions will be on building athletic ability and training volleyball skills such as serving, serve/receive, defense, hitting, setting, and offensive rotations.
The Volleyball Training Camp will meet on Wednesday evenings in May from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Knee pads are not required but are encouraged for this camp.
Players are encouraged to wear knee pads, but they are not mandatory.
