Start them spiking young! Join Culpeper County Parks & Recreation for the Little Spikers Program designed for youth ages 8-10! This clinic will be open to both males and females.
The program will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays for three consecutive weeks of volleyball instruction and conclude with a mini tournament on the final Thursday evening! Registration includes a jersey to be worn for the mini tournament. Each week will focus on different fundamental skills such as team building exercises, passing, serving, attacking & footwork, offensive tactics, and an overall understanding of the scoring and game play of volleyball. Coach Kenzie Guerrero and members of the local area high school volleyball teams will instruct and coach the program.
Knee pads are not mandatory, but are suggested for this program.
Participants should wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle. Knee pads are not mandatory, but are suggested.
