About This Activity
Description
The Skill Builders Session will provide students with a mental “Toolbox” where they can pull out strategies to assist them in their day-to-day lives. Jill has 25+ years experience in Child Development Services. “Tools” will be acquired through yoga, stories, games, role playing, modeling and peer support. Overall, the Skill Builders Session will benefit students by developing confidence, improving focus, reducing stress, improving behavior and academic performance. Not only will this “toolbox” help them now, but they will have it for years to come. Please leave hammers and nails at home!Activity Sub-Category
