Learn. Build. Splash. This hands-on camp combines swimming, experiments, and team challenges as campers explore how water works through fun STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) activities and pool time. Each session features a unique theme, with daily hands-on builds, pool-based STEM challenges, journaling, and free swim - making learning active and exciting!
Bring bathing suit, towel, goggles and a change of clothes. Lifejackets are available for those that need them. All campers must take a swim test which consists of a 25 yard continuous swim unassisted in 7ft deep water. Any camper who does not successfully complete the swim test will be required to wear a life jacket (provided). Children must bring their own lunch with a drink each day. Parents are responsible for informing CAC staff if their child(ren) have any food allergies. Outdoor concession stand will be available. Parents must accompany participants in to the building to sign in their children, indicate who is picking up the child(ren), and ID must be shown at pick-up. Any participants that are not picked up on time will be charged $1/minute they are late. There will be no refunds if a child is picked up early.
