Wild About Critters
Are you wild about critter? Join us for the Wild About Critters Camp to learn all about different animals. Students will have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of species, both domestic and wild. Students will participate in activities, animal and their habitats, diets, and adaptations. This camp will include guest speakers and guest critters of many varieties. It is sure to be an educational and exciting opportunity for animal lovers and future Scientists.
Camp Instructor: Ashley Dowdy who is the Agricultural Education -Veterinary Science teacher and FFA Advisor at Forsyth Center High School
Campers Must be the appropriate age of camp as of the day the camp starts No exceptions.
Camp Rules
- Campers are expected to follow directions by Staff- Campers are expected to treat peers, camp staff, facilities and equipment with respect- Campers must stay within the designated camp area and should never leave the group without a staff person.- Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of other children or staff will Not Be Tolerated. (i.e. spitting, throwing objects, pushing, hitting, biting, threatening violence, bullying, etc.)- No foul language or inappropriate clothing is allowed at camp- No cell phones, tablets, computers or any electronics will be allowed at camp! If found, they will be taken up and given to the parent at the end of the day.-Campers MUST be able to use Restroom, apply sunscreen, and change clothing (if needed) independently.
-Cumming Recreation and Parks Department reserves the right for immediate dismissal of any child with NO REFUND if stated rules are not followed.
