About This Activity
The Summer 2024 Olympic Sports Athletic Performance Camp is for any and all rising sophomore, junior, or senior non-football athletes. This camp will focus on improving all aspects of athleticism such as speed, agility, energy system development, strength, power, stability, mobility, and prehabilitation. The camp gives athletes the opportunity to train with athletes from a variety of other sports. This conflicts with the afternoon section of summer school. Note: Athletes who participate in the June and July session will be automatically provided a $100 discount at checkout. Total for each month, individually, is $250. Total for those doing both is $400 total.
