About This Activity
Taught by acclaimed concert artists and teachers from the DFW Institute of Musical Advancement (DIMATexas), our semi-private piano classes offer young students a dynamic and nurturing introduction to music. Children receive individual instruction, learn music theory and history, and prepare memorized solo and duo pieces. We provide keyboards for class use, and students enjoy opportunities to perform in beautiful recitals and concerts. Our teachers are experienced with students from Pre-K and up, and are responsive to each child’s needs. Students learn reading, rhythm, and memorization skills while building confidence and joy in music-making.
