About This Activity

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Primary Morning Academic Program is a three-hour session for children entering 1st or 2nd grade. The Montessori philosophy and methods are applied to students in a multi-age classroom using an individualized approach to match each child’s learning profile. Classes incorporated into the morning session are: Practical Life, Sensorial, Oral Language, Reading, Written Language, Math, Literature and Social Skills. This program also introduces listening skills and general language skills in preparation for first or second grade.
