About This Activity

Blast off into a universe of creativity, science, and discovery! In this hands-on class, students will explore the wonders of outer space through imaginative art projects and engaging STEM activities. Young explorers will design and build rocket ships, create sparkling constellations, craft galaxy jars, model the lunar surface, and construct colorful solar system displays. As they create, students will uncover real scientific concepts—learning how stars shine, why the moon glows, how rockets launch into space, what makes each planet unique, and why astronauts float in zero gravity. Through art, experimentation, and collaborative exploration, students will build curiosity, strengthen problem-solving skills, and deepen their understanding of our solar system. Perfect for young scientists and dreamers who love to build, design, and imagine life beyond Earth!
